About Veracruz

The City of Veracruz has a historical importance very relevant in the history of the continent, as it was the first place where Cristobal Colon and Hernan Cortes step on American Continent soil, starting a whole new culture, new races and a new way of life.

Its museums are a huge window to the pre-Columbian cultures, to the conquering process of the Aztec Nation and the Independence of Mexico, some of them are: Veracruz Aquarium, Veracruz City Museum, Reforma Precinct Museum, Naval Historic Museum, Main House, Baluarte de Santiago Museum, Agustin Lara House Museum, Salvador Diaz Miron House Museum, Arts Archive and Gallery and the Mexican revolution Museum.
